I have a vintage steel frame bike that needed a lot of love to get up and running again. Chris was fast, communicative, super nice, and went above and beyond to make it happen. It’s been such a joy to ride again, and I know I’ll be back to see Chris for all my cycling needs in the future.

At this point, Chris clearly doesn’t need another great review, but I’m leaving one because he deserves the praise.
He’s knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely takes pride in his work. He explains things clearly, doesn’t try to upsell you, and makes sure you understand what your bike actually needs.
Beyond being a great mechanic, Chris is one of those authentic local business owners who represents what makes Austin special. We ended up talking about music for nearly 30 minutes, and I really enjoyed the conversation. He’s friendly, engaging, creative, and clearly cares about the people who walk into his shop.
Fair prices, quality work, and an owner who truly cares about his craft and his customers. Highly recommended. Thanks Chris!

Very knowledgeable, passionate owner. Such a breathe of fresh air when it comes to customer service. Would highly recommend. Walked me through the issues of my bike and laid out a plan of attack with an estimate of cost.

Great local bike shop! Chris is super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. I’ve been fixing my own bikes for the past 5 years, and I really appreciate the honest advice and quality service. Quick, professional, and fairly priced, highly recommend!

No need to go to other bike shops for repairs. Chris is fast, assesses the issue(s) quickly & is knowledgeable with what needs to be done. Pricing is very fair and of course, supporting a local small business always a great thing to do. Chris and his shop will be my go to when my bike needs to be fixed or tweaked a bit to ride well.
